The warm comforting chill, of the life on ice

Dreaming of the past, I’m ever smiling so nice

The time of being alive, with the heart of gold

Being close and snuggling, in your arms you hold

Now I am settled, into my frozen living kind of way

I am hearing a noise, something is happening today

My forever bed of winter cold, is now turning into a puddle

Floating around, and change of temperature I silently muddle

The moment that my thawed out body, met up with my crazy mind

There was a fierce battle of the two, and it was not at all very kind

Now as I take my first, human inhaled breath my eyes opened to see

I smiled as I felt your warm comforting loving arms, wrapped around me
