At the top of the swing

Not climbing nor falling

You are simply floating

In a crowded concert hall

A powerful piece had just crescendoed

And ended

The scilence sinks in, igniting chills

Staring out at the sky

Listening to the rain, the thunder

The world flashes

Your mind calms

Everything is still

Everything is silent

It’s in these moments

That life truly does last forever
