Trees so green,

Air so clean,

A place that is

Ever so serene.

A forest hike,

You and me,

Trees and plants for

As far as we can see.

Nature’s beauty,

How divine,

A sight to remember,

One most sublime.

Hand in hand,

We walk

And talk,

Laughter filling the air.

Deep into the forest we go,

When will we stop,

I don’t know, though,

I hope we never do.

This is a place

To cherish

For years to come,

Nature is not in a race.

For this forest is our home,

Physically, maybe not,

But it is

Where our hearts reside.
