I ask myself Is emotions real or are they illusions?

But, the truth is emotions are real! Would we even be humans if they weren't? Illusions are just a myth everyone wants to be an illusion so we can be numb to the pain huh it's just unstoppable pain there's good pain then bad pain, good pain that pushes you to grow and become a stronger person but, I’m talking about the bad pain that trolls you down that sinks your heart and numbs you that pain isn’t illusion it’s real it's pain
