Soft, pointy ears twitch

sensitive to every small sound;

a long, furry tail goes swish,

as the being stalks around.

A short pink nose

and an aptitude for chasing,

she dislikes the green hose,

and enjoys randomly racing.

From head to tail she’s fluffy

and she loves to claw me roughly;

if ever there’s a varmit near

she’ll catch it and then bring it here!
