What would they find?

Would they see my journal and say that I was depressed?

Look at the books I read and say I had a dark side?

Find my clothing and think that I was creative?

If I disappeared

What would the cops tell you?

Would they say there’s no evidence?

Would they ask if I had any close friends?

Would they ask you if _we_ were close?

If I disappeared

What would you tell them?

That this isn’t like me?

There’s no way she would run off?

Or would you say that I’m a mystery

That you never truly knew me?

If I disappeared

Who’s the person you would believe me to be?

What’s the image you will create?

If I disappeared

And never came back

What would you think walking in my old room?
