Write a descriptive poem about something poisonous, and its effect on its target. This could be literal or metaphorical.
Poison Lips
The poison in his lips
on the first kiss
was obsessive to me
Until he ran away
letting me know
he wasn’t mines to keep
but in fact
just another guy
in my bed sheets.
