Write a story where the protagonist begins to lose their sense of taste.
This is a real condition called ageusia. Try to imagine creatively how someone with this condition would feel whilst eating food.
Don’t Eat Fruit
So I had a coconut
Tasted like a coconut
I had a carrot
And it tasted like a vegetable
But thats not it
I had salt
And it tasted salty
But I knew I was crazy when I tasted a lemon
IT WAS SWEET
So I tried a lime
But it tasted fresh
Moral of the story don’t eat fruit
They are creepy..
