I woke up and went on my balcony.I looked over at the garden I take care of myself.I saw a beautiful brown haired girl I haven’t seen before.Curious I went down to the garden.I saw her flinch seeing me.”It’s ok.Who are you?”She answered a while after me”I’m melody.”I smiled and nodded.”My name is Brianna nice to meet you.Wanna come in?”I asked in a soft voice.She nodded and followed me to the back entrance.

Once inside she sat on the couch.I asked”Where did you come from?You seem like you traveled far,are you hungry?”She thought about her answer before speaking”I’m from a village not to far from here…and yes I could eat a little.”I nodded knowing she was probably tired.But I felt like she was lying about her backstory.I said”Do you want soup or chicken?”She spoke softly”Umm I’ll take the soup please.”I nodded and walked to the kitchen.

When I brought the soup to the table she was already asleep on the couch. I smiled softly and went to the guest bedroom and grabbed an extra pillow and blanket.I tucked her in and went to go eat my food.I couldn’t get her out of my mind.I didn’t know the feeling but I knew it was probably a bad one.I heard a soft moan from the sunroom.I walked over and saw her sitting up.”Your soup is waiting on the table,I am going to go deal with the cows.I will be right back.”She walked over to where I was previously sitting and sat in the seat.She mumbled something under her breath but I couldn’t quite understand.

I walked out to the cows and dealt with them.I went back inside and saw her washing her dish.I walked over and said”You don’t have to do it,I will do it after.Go get some rest you need it.”She blushed a little quickly turned away to the couch.I went over and sat next to her.We talked for a bit until dark.I spoke”I have to go deal with the cows want to come?”She nodded and walked beside me.”You have a big kingdom.”She said looking at the pictures and vases along the halls.I spoke after her”I guess so.It gets lonely sometimes tho.I only have three maids and five guards.”She looked down and muttered something again.I didn’t think much of it tho because we just entered the barn.I kneeled down and pet my favorite cow mouse.I looked over at melody as she jumped to the cow mooing.I asked”Are you ok?Do you need to leave I can do this myself if you need.”She quickly said”No,it’s just been a while since I’ve heard a cow.”I got up and fed them like we came to do.

Once inside I showed her the way to her new room.I asked”Do you wanna change?I have some clothes you can borrow.”She nodded and I went to go get them.When I came back I gave her the clothes and waited for her to change as I turned around.She said”I’m done now you can turn around.”I turned around as she whispered”Can you stay until I fall asleep?”I felt butterflies in my stomach and my face heat up.”Y-yea.”I said climbing in the bed.She moved around trying to get comfortable.We kept this routine up for about three weeks.

One day when I woke up in her bed she was already awake.I looked for her but didn’t find her anywhere.I looked off my balcony to see her playing with the goats.I yelled down to her”When your done with them come inside and eat!”I saw her face turn red and I smiled.I began to cook some eggs and toast.She came inside and washed her hands.She looked at the food and said”Your such a good cook you know that right?!”I smiled remembering how much her personality has bloomed.”I would hope so.I don’t want to be serving bad food to my guests.”She said shyly”I have to tell you something and I know you probably won’t want to deal with me anymore but I can’t hide it.”I said”I will always be by your side go ahead and tell me.”She spoke”I know I haven’t known you long but I lied about the whole village thing,and before you speak.I want you to know i am from meraindle not a village.Im sorry I lied,but I don’t wanna go back as long as I can be with you!I-i-i love you..”I gasped and said”I love you too.”And from then on we lived together in my kingdom happily.
