As I walk

Blood seeps through the dirt behind me

Wight turning to red

Emotions bleeding into the ground

Heart as pure as driven snow falling to the gravel

I’m leaving all my sorrow behind

Never straying from the path,

Never wavering

Red roses on the snow

The doer, not dreamer

Cold and clean

Soaking the heart with snow

Influencer, not influencee

Snakes twisted around the songbird

Up in the hanging tree

Silencing deaths scream
