I have never been one to wonder, When does a man become a monster? Is it something that all the others think When they are standing on the brink. Maybe I should consider it. Maybe I shouldn’t have started this bit. I see myself and wonder, Am I actually a monster? Man or woman, Monster or human. It’s getting pretty dark in here And I’m scared of the shadows lurking near. Why would I let my mind go there? Into madness’ eye I stare. Have you ever wondered, When does a man become a monster? I’ve never really written poetry so don’t stone me if this isn’t real poetry;) but please leave me feedback!
