Stick To The Trees

“No wonder they called us,” My voice filled the space between me and Noah that had been empty for the last five minutes.

He shook his head and furrowed his brow, “How’d it even get up there?”

In true Noah fashion, he was already trying to find an explanation instead of really looking at the problem.

“I’d bet one of the giants got bored and moved it.” I shrugged after my statement.

We were only called on very small occasions and they were often as ridiculous as this.

The school house was on the edge of a cliff.

Of course the called Tele to come fix it. Of course the boss sent his two best to do this job.

“I don’t know, giants don’t normally mess around with the schoolers,” his brow furrowed deeper which I didn’t even know was possible as we lifted the house and all its contents back to its place.

“Whatever it was should stick to trees, they’re always easier to clean up after.”

Noah’s odd words made me laugh a little, Noah wasn’t really someone to use sarcasm often.

“I one hundred percent agree.”
