‘Laughter echoed about the room.'
Write a poem that includes this line.
The sun was finally setting.
The weather starting to cooling off -
A chapter found its ending,
A new beginning
After months of solitude
Injured, alone, and scared
Finally, you can hear the laughter
echoing about the room
Filling with love and joy,
Memories made with new friends

This definitely feels like the credits are about to roll after a super solid movie. Well done!
As for feedback, here’s a few things to keep in mind. 1st! You’re an artist, you can break any rule you want! I say this because you’ve tense switched at the end (which I think happened because you were doing the awesome thing of completing the prompt as given.) Still though, there’s nothing wrong with “you could hear their laugher echoing about the room.” 2nd! This piece is super creative so…yeah 😉 3rd! With pace, I think you could squeeze in some more info in between the setting and “after months of solitude.” I have some vague assumptions about what caused the solitude, but you could help pace a lot by giving us some more clues.
