The time was now. The overcast glow beaming from the sun draped over the rich valley gracefully leading to the mountains. Although we were minutes away from entering sundown, the dreamlike veil made it seem like early morning. The towering mountains were quickly changing from saturated and stoic to bright and faded. And just as the different hues of the sun hide away, those same mountains fade into dark and dormant. A faded darkness descends upon the valley leaving it aglow in a cool shade. Soon it will blanket the entire valley and forest leaving both of them to become silhouettes of mystery.
