Love At First Sight
A hot flush scrambled up my neck and settled insistently on my rosy cheeks. Hastily, I reached for my face, trying to avoid eye contact with the beautiful girl in front of me.
„Are you alright?“ She smirked in a flirty fashion, and tucked a loose strand of hair behind my scarlet ears. I gulped, trying to regain control.
„Yeah,“ I giggled sweetly, groaning internally as I realised the blush was stubbornly stuck on my face in her presence, „Just a little flustered,“ I grimaced slightly after realising what I had just said. A soft smile lit up her face and I could tell it was genuine.
„Well, try not to get too flustered next time you see me,“ She bit her lip and fluttered her eyelashes,“ Because otherwise by the end of this term you’ll practically be a tomato.“ She chuckled and what followed could only be described as that awkward pause in movies before the main characters kiss…
