As she is sleeping in her unknown world I know her inner thoughts My sister by nature, blood and heart we speak as one I feel her pain and uncertainty as she stills but not alone I am with her as we speak silently together knowing words That will be spoken and also will be heard soon throughout Always talking and smiling secretly in our own heads we know Whispering and caring hugs and kisses given again Then she is conscious and I hear her sweet voice calling The best words I will ever hear is hers and mine combined again
