Write a poem about the first time you did something.
New experiences are often thought-provoking. Try to stay away from obvious first times and go for something unusual.
Simple
I never even touched one before
It was my first time
Im not even sure how the subject came up
I said I never would, I was always too scared
Today I changed my mind
I got so nervous
Like, “where do I put my hands”.
Then he asked me “do you know how to stand”
He handed it to me and I swear it weighed a ton
In a nutshell, that’s how it went the first time I shot a gun.
