A soft breeze stirred the top layer of sand across the dunes. Pale green grasses swayed gently in the cold, crisp winters breeze. The grey clouds hung low, creating a pallet of grey tinged sand, rocks and water as far as the eye could see. The sea was both gentle and wild, subtly washing itself with its grey-white foams.
She looked down at het feet. Her broken leather boots kept as much sand ins...
I breathed. My lungs filled with freezing cold air, the type that hurts to breathe. My chest was in agony. My ribs felt broken and my throat felt raw. I was beyond cold.
A blurred face drifted above me. With each short, cold breath it sharpened and became clearer. A woman. She looked worried.
“Oh thank god. Hello? Hello, are you ok? I’ve called an ambulance, it’s coming. Just stay still”

1. THE BUS - NOVEMBER
What a sad, cold, grey day it was to be stuck on a rail replacement bus, which in turn was stuck in traffic. Amy watched two little drops of rain having a flirt, dancing down the glass, criss crossing each other until they eventually became one. Oh, fuck off.

His 4 legs were aching from squatting down for so long and he could see his 4 palms had started to crack and bleed (his blood was easy to spot, being luminous yellow). Today he could really feel his age, all 240 years of it. He paused for a moment and lifted his head toward the ...
