You can write a prompt about a person internally suffering from panic attacks but he/she does not know that it’s panic attack
Someone who is joyous about something, but the one person they adore destroys it somehow.
I think you should do a poem or story about a character who is utterly heartbroken… about her/his pop tart falling to the floor after preparing to eat it for so long. :) <3
