I’m So Sorry
I’m sorry I ever left you.
I’m sorry I broke your trust.
I’m sorry I hurt you.
I’m sorry I wasn’t there for you.
I’m sorry I let her near you.
I’m sorry I let her hurt you.
I’m sorry I didn’t help you.
I’m sorry I let you down.
I’m sorry I still can’t fix it.
I’m sorry I don’t know how to help.
I’m sorry I don’t know what to say.
I’m sorry I am not enough.
I’m sorry that all I can seem to say is
I’m sorry.
Proud of you writing about this!! Saying this stuff is hard, and you have a great way of outing your feelings into poems. Especially hard feelings. Writings are the most impactful when they’re about your personal experiences. And you do a beautiful job of expressing them❤️❤️❤️ keep it up girl❤️

Being an overapologizer is horrible. Especially because if you are in that mindset, there are always things to point out and be like “oh and I need to say sorry for this.” Which isn’t made better when people around you make you feel like you need to apologize. It is a very internal and external situation. Just know that many of us bear more weight on our shoulders than people expect or that we need to. You are doing great as you are!
I’m usually not an over apologizer (I’m pretty sure I don’t even apologize when I probably should, oops) but in this case I actually do have plenty of things to say sorry about. But thank you!

Awwww! That broke my heart. It’s so sad! And that’s me too. It’s like I do all these things I don’t mean to. Like I’m not enough or I let the people around me down. But all I can say is sorry.
