Hearing the strange distant screams, it woke me up tonite

Could it be an animal or far away thing, giving me fright

Windows and doors silently shut, one by one slide and click

Rushing around the house as before, making us all very sick

Hot cinder like breeze blew in from nowhere, sickening breath

Bloodshot eyes and pounding head, are we all close to death

Floor boards shaking and ripping, the printed woven rug on the floor about

What did we get ourselves into this mystery home, I loudly did scream and shout

Suddenly voices came out of nowhere, and said to us in a loud howl like scream

You don’t know what is happening tonight, go back to sleep this is only a dream
