"okay! what do you think?" the hairdresser turns the chair around, beaming at her client through the mirror. "do you like it?"

the clients face twists in disgust, the once joyful face of this young man turning sour, angry.

"well my god! its dreadful!"

the hairdresser doesnt understand. its what the man had asked for.. yet, he isnt satisfied. they rarely are, are they? humans in general too.

"well, sir, it is what you requested, is it not?"

he scowls up at the woman, shaking his head in disappointment. or disgust, sometimes it can be hard to tell.

"i demand a refund, this instant!"

the hairdresser flinches at the mans harsh tone, bewildered at his temper.

"oh sir, im very sorry for this inconvenience, but we do have a no-refund policy here!"

the man rolls his eyes and huffs, standing up harshly.

"you will never see me here again, i will tell people about how horrible your services are!"

the man storms out of the room, and then heads for the door.

the hairdresser is quite upset, feeling like this was all somehow her own fault.
