Hello And Goodbye
All in a golden afternoon,
under sky’s of cloudless blue
the timer rings
Tick-tock, tick-tock
Your life has gone by one more season
Time flies time flys
The warm golden light grows stronger
Something so beautiful something we can't live without yet it burns
Roses blooming the blinding red filling the bushes
So pretty you want to pick them, but touch them and you'll be cut
Drip drip drip drip
With the light comes the rain
Dark clouds filling the once glowing sky
But you know that in only time the booms and darkness will leave
And the sun will burn bright once again
The sky will fill with rainbow bursts of light
Like a gift for going through the rough and unknown
Light dark light dark
Nights will pass
Days will pass
Reminding you and others the impending goodbyes summer break will bring
The summer rays will give a false sense of hope, the ones you once knew will have changed
But only time can say if it's for the better
Time flies time flys
But we will put it behind us as we have no time
To little time
Each spring will grow warmer, hotter, burning
Reminding us and our future that time never stops
And with that little time soon we will do as our past did answer will dump our problems onto our future
To little time
Dump dump dump
Dump our problems on the land and seas
Stars no longer freckle our skies
Our kids will wonder if twinkel twinkle little star was just a fairytale
Tick tock tick tock
But it's all in the future
we don't have enough time
So we don't care
We can do it tomorrow
Goodbye and hello
