There was always a reminder around to ignite the pain

It seemed like there was never a day where the anger would pour like rain

They would do everything they could to not

make them feel ashamed

But no matter what there was always going to be blame

They could try to help them from becoming erratic

By doing what they could to show they care by being emphatic
