It’s impossibly ugly this sweater,

But I wear it each week, no matter the weather.

Glasses and braces, but I'm like "whatever"

"It's not like any of this is gonna be forever."

I walk through the front door, I feel my heart racing

I try to walk straight, nobody I'll be facing

Melinda says, "Hey, braceface with the ugly sweater!"

"Is that from a dump?" But I just say "Whatever."

Then I walk away from the bully and her friends

I've learned not to care, while others she offends

She's hot, spoiled, and rotten, but please, if you see her,

Don't care what she says, just sarcastically say, "Sure..."

"....whatever, I don't care," because you just shouldn't

She's she, you're you, and react I just couldn't.
