UnCautiosly
**I loved you uncautiosly **
**I’m not sure if that’s a word but a feeling it must be **
**I loved you the way someone loves family **
**No fears **
**No regrets **
**No boundaries **
**But then the world ruined us along with our maturity **
**I see why people say young love is dangerous because that first true love hits differently **
You love like nothing could go wrong and your too dumb to actually know better and build on that
I loved you without conditions and that was our fault
**We deserved care and we deserved protection but where we were we didn’t know that **
**And that’s what hurts because the girl I am now would have loved you right **
**But you don’t want her **
**And she doesn’t want you either **
**But not because she doesn’t want you now but because the old you damaged her **
**And she damaged you too but you can’t blame them **
**We were kids trying to hold on to love that was ment to be protected and that’s not fair **
**See me now would be perfect for you **
**I look at you now and we are everything we always wanted to be **
**But it’s funny how life works that way **
**No one will ever get that out of either of us again **
And we will search for our entire lives trying to find it
**But the reality is you get one shot at your first love **
And nothing else will compare
**But that okay because it’s the first lesson life will teach you and maybe the most important **
**Love cautiously in all relationships because that’s the only way that you can truly preserve everything **
