POEM STARTER
Write a poem that could be sung as a lullaby.
You could set it to the tune of an existing lullaby, or think up your own rhythm. Remember that lullabies are for children, and are ususally meant to be calming.
The Grass Is Red
The sky is blue
The grass is red
He didn’t tie his shoe
So he broke his head
He stained the grass
And alas
Now the grass is red
*it’s a rhyme rather than a lullaby, but close enough
