I hide away in the corner

Crumpled on the floor

Tears streaming down my arms

As I plead for no more no more

I don’t know why I’m like this

I cry for such stupid reasons, I know

But somehow that set me off

And my mind screamed for me to go go go

I drag my nails down my legs

Tearing up the skin

But it’s the only thing that grounds me

As I shrivel from within
