I forgot how to breath

My heart beats

Loudly

Like a drum in my chest

My mouth hurts from smiling

The ring you gave me is

Cutting off my circulation

But that’s ok

I don’t care

I love it anyway

I forgot how to breath

It took me a whole

Forty five minutes

To remember how

And then I saw your face

And promptly forgot

Once more

I keep forgetting

To breath

Is that normal?
