“Can you hand me that?” Tommy pointed across the table to something beside his brothers arm.
“Heh? What is it that you want?”
“The rolls! God Techno, you’d think you’re blind or something.”
Techno glared at his younger brother and scooted the rolls farther down the table, away from Tommy.
“Hey!” Tommy jumped up and walked down the table to the rolls, but right as he got there Wilbur slid the rolls back down to Techno. “No, Wil why are you siding with him?!” Tommy shouted in outrage, slamming his hands on the table in frustration.
The twins continued to pass the rolls back and forth as Tommy walked up and down the unusually long table.
He stopped. “Fine. I just won’t have one then.” Tommy stomped to his chair and proceeded to pout.
The doors to the dining hall slammed open and the kids’ dad, aka the king, aka Phil, strolled in and sat at the head of the table.
“Sorry I’m late kids,” he tucked his wings behind him and grabbed the rolls to add one to his plate. “I got distracted during my flight.” He looked around the table at his children and chuckled.
“Tommy?”
His youngest glared at the twins. “They were keeping the rolls away from me.”
“He called me blind! …Which isn’t entirely false I suppose, but my reading glasses are irrelevant here.”
Phil silently handed Tommy a roll and proceeded to eat his dinner.
It was only silent for a moment before Tommy shouted. “Hey! Dad, Techno kicked me!”
“You have no proof child.” Techno said.
“I’m not a-“ Tommy started before getting interrupted by Wilbur.
“Tommy?”
“What Wil!” Tommy shouted, his annoyance towards his siblings visible.
Wilbur continued his dinner like he had said nothing. Tommy stood up.
“I’m done. Goodnight Dad.” He left the hall.
Techno and Wilbur stared after him before bursting into laughter.
A/N: This didn’t turn out to be during a feast, so I might have to try this again lmao. Also, this was a dsmp, sbi royal au. if you are not in the fandom (which i’m sure you probably aren’t) then you wouldn’t know these characters personalities. I just want to say that this was all light-hearted and Tommy didn’t get too angry, and the twins (Techno and Wilbur) weren’t being mean; it was all in play. Please give me suggestions if you have ideas on how to continue this, as it turned out pretty short… Anyways, I hoped you enjoyed!
A ruined wedding. Family feud. Fights. Kidnapping. Death. War. Destruction.
Join Harry Potter and his two friends in their quest to save their crumbling world as a crazy, evil man and his not-so-loyal followers try to take down the government. Will they survive the hardships and deaths? Or will they fall? Learn how it all ends in the final book of a seven-book series!
AN: This line is the first line from Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows.
The two men appeared out of nowhere, a few yards apart in the narrow, moonlit lane. They nod and it is plain That they know each other. Turns out one is a loving, and loved, father. That’s something I don’t learn until it’s much too late. They approach my front yard gate.
Rashness, Excuses, Gasping, Running, Escaping, Trouble.
That is what this story is about. The night when I should have listened to the doubt That was lurking in the back of my mind. Trouble befell me, because I was too blind. There is a reason I’m telling you this, my sweet Ike. Tonight I’m hoping you will never have to know what it’s like To feel the feeling I will never forget. That feeling is Regret.
I walk in the door, and see patients lying in the waiting room. So many of them. Good thing I start my job today, because the other doctors will need all the help they can get to heal everyone before we evacuate this ruined planet.
I sign in at the desk and get to work. My first job is to ask everyone what their injuries are, so we can help the worst ones first. I take the list to a senior doctor, and she calls out a few names. Then she sends me to Mr. Aaron.
I check over each of his patients and clean them up, then I fetch the supplies we need and bring them to him.
By the end of the day, him and I have helped over thirty patients ourselves, and their are many more doctors here. I am exhausted, physically and emotionally. There were so many hurt people, ranging from toddlers to seniors. Thankfully there was only one death, but I wish there had been none.
It was a child. A little boy, only about five. His name was Vincent, and he was a sweet little boy. He reminded me of my younger brother. He died with his family around him, but that’s not very comforting.
My shift ends in a few minutes, so I help Mr. Aaron and clean up a little. Then I go home. I will continue my work at eight tomorrow, because there are still patients coming.
As I fall asleep I think of my brother, who’s currently in the hospital with a concussion. He’s getting better, but it seems to be taking so long. This disaster has done so much, demolished so many houses and ruined so many lives. And I know that tonight, I will have nightmares about it, as I have the past few nights.
Once everyone is ready, we will be evacuating. There are people already leaving. It’s all the Moon’s fault. It crashed into the earth, causing fires and earthquakes everywhere. This planet is not livable any longer. And to think I used to look up at the moon and thank it for being there. I hate the moon now. It has caused all this hurt and anguish. Everyone will probably always wonder why and how this happened. I know why, and I feel so guilty for not telling anyone, but it’s for the best.
This all happened because of my Mother.
There was a relief in feeling the storm’s approach. She ran out the door and threw the broach Into the whirling sea, Then she came and stood by me. We watched the storm together, Thankful for the weather, Because with the storm’s approach, We rid ourselves of that awful cursed broach.
AN: please give me feedback, and sorry if this is not really a poem or something. I’m still learning. And I’m talking about a brooch, but broach is historically accurate I think, look it up. Thanks!
POV: First Year Hogwarts ~Remus~ September 1 Today is the first day of School! I can’t wait for my classes. And guess what? I already made three friends. I share a dorm with them. LATER: My first two classes were so fun! I had transfiguration and Charms. I’m on a break now, in the library. I only have homework for Transfigureation so far. Sirius just walked in, so I’m going to be go so I can talk to him.
~Sirius~ Sept. 1 It’s almost time for bed. I think my favorite class so far was Defense Against the Dark Arts, or DADA. I had a free period earlier, so I went to find Remus. Guess were he was? The Library. Already! James just made me go away, so I’m going to start a pillow fight now.
~James~ Sept. 1 Lily Evans. That’s who I’m going to marry. I already know it. STOP LAUGHING AT ME SIRIUS! AND GO AWAY! Ugh. Sirius was reading over my shoulder, so I closed the curtains around my bed. So. Lily is in all my classes, except Astronomy. She has long, red, wavy hair, and lots of freckles. And her eyes. They are the prettiest green. Sirius just threw a pillow at me, so bye!
~Peter~ Sept. 1 I made 3 friends. we share a dorm. I hate potions. I hate the Slytherins. I don’t know what to say in this thing, Prof. McGonagall said we all have to write in these. Apparently It’s a first year thing? James and Sirius are trying to get Remus in a pillow fight, so I’m going to join in.
~Remus~ September 2 We had a pillow fight last night, so I didn’t get any homework done. But that’s ok, because It’s not due until Monday. I have Herbology this morning, and I hope it’s going to be fun. LATER: Yeah, it was fun. I learned so much! I think It’s Peter’s favorite class. He really loved it. James and Sirius had to be separated. I’m going to Potions now.
~Sirius~ Sept. 2 James and I were throwing dirt at each other in Herbology, so Prof. Sprout had to separate us. We are trying to get Remus to help us with a prank for the Slytherins, I’m going to go ask him again.
~James~ Sept. 2 Remus said yes!! We are pranking the Slytherins tomorrow! We have it all planed out, but I will tell you about it after we do it, for just in case.
~Peter~ Sept. 2 I hope Remus is as smart as he seems. I don’t want to get caught! But it will be nice to prank the Slytherins. And we have only been here three days, and had classes with them for two! We are finalizing the plan, so I’m going to go help. Although this is mostly going to be Remus’s job. He’s going to make sure we can’t get caught doing it.
~Remus~ September 3 They roped me in. In my defense, I don’t really want them to get caught, and there will be no evidence that I helped anyway. Their plan is pretty solid, I just tweaked it a little. It’s time to get ready!
~Sirius~ The plan worked! Thank goodness for our Remus. He helped a lot. So, we slipped a joke potion James brought into the Slytherins’ cups, and they didn’t notice! It turned their hair bright red, and it won’t wear off until tomorrow. It was great to see Snivellus’s face. (That’s our name for that slimy Slytherin, Severus Snape.)
~James~ The prank went great! I don’t think Lily approved of it though. Snivellus is her friend, so. We are going to think up our next prank now. Goodnight! P.S. Peter is going crazy about Herbology, he already finished his homework for it AND checked out a book! Remus is so proud.
~Peter~ I’m glad the prank worked, but I hope Remus was thorough enough so we won’t get caught. I wanted to read a book about Herbology, so I asked Remus for help and we went to the library. He found me a really cool book about carnivorous plants. There were other books, but I figured I would wait till I finish this one. I’m going to read it now.
The End
POV: 2nd Year ~Remus~ Remus was playing wizards’ chess with Sirius in the common room. He had only been there for ten minutes, but he already wanted to go up to his dorm. It was so loud. And very hot. He closed his eyes and tried to block out the noise, but it was hard. Peter and a few other students were playing exploding snap, and James, Dorcas, Marlene, and a few second years were talking loudly. The fire crackled, and Sirius was tapping his fingers on the table. Someone was humming and James’s snitch was buzzing around the room. He could feel a headache starting quickly. He suddenly realized that Sirius was saying something. “…Remus? Reeeeemuuuus!” “What Sirius?” Remus opened his eyes. “Are you okay?” Sirius asked quizzically, “I said your name a few times. It’s your move.” Remus looked down at the board, but he couldn’t concentrate properly. Sirius looked at him in concern. “Remus, what’s wrong?” “It’s really loud in here,” Remus said quietly, “and I have a headache.” “Ok, lets go up to the dorm.” Remus got up and felt a rush and a small dizziness. He stumbled a little, and Sirius caught him. “Moony, are you ok?” “I don’t fell very good honestly.” He replied, shaking a little. “C’est inquiétant,” Sirius mumbled, “Come on Moons, let’s get upstairs. Can you make it?” “I think so.” Remus responded. They walked up the stairs and entered their room. Remus lay down on his bed. “Do you need anything mon ami?” Sirius asked. Remus smiled a little. “Can you get me some water?” He asked. “De I’eau. Oui.” Whispered Sirius, who had started across the room. It was sweet the way Sirius would say stuff in French whenever he was anxious, nervous, stressed or angry. “Here Remmy.” Sirius handed him the water. “Get some sleep. If you don’t feel good tomorrow then we’ll bring you to Madam Pomfrey. I’m going to tell Prongs your not feeling well, d’accord?” Sirius left the room, and Remus drifted off to sleep.
“He doesn’t look too good.” “Should we bring him to the hospital wing?” Remus felt a cool touch on his forehead. “Yeah, he’s burning up.”
Remus woke up in the hospital wing. He saw Sirius, James and Peter sitting besides him. “Hey guys.” He said, his voice scratchy. Peter got him some water, and he drank it. “You had a fever,” said James sounding a little worried, “How are you feeling?” “Better.” Remus replied truthfully. “Good.” Said Sirius happily, smiling up at him. ————- Later that day, he was free to go back to the Gryffindor common room. When he walked in, all his friends ran over and hugged him. “We weren’t sure if you’d get to come back tonight.” Peter said. “Madam Pomfrey said I could go back to classes tomorrow.” “Bien,” said Sirius happily, “classes were pretty boring without you there to tell us to pay attention.” They all laughed, and headed up to the dorm so he and Sirius could finish their chess game. “Did you guys take notes during class?” Remus asked once they had finished, “Yeah, we took turns, and we got your homework. We asked Lily to get the homework from the class you’re in with her.” Peter replied handing him his homework and notes in the handwriting of each of them. “Thanks,” Said Remus happily, “You guys are the best.”
The End
POV: 4th Year ~Remus~ “What’s the most ridiculous thing you’ve believed?” Remus heard James ask him. He thought only for a second, then responded, “That you and Sirius were innocent when I met you on the train.” He said, only a little jokingly. “That’s so mean!” Said James, acting hurt. “Actually, that’s a compliment!” Shouted Sirius, “We look so innocent that no one expects us.” Remus rolled his eyes. “Only I could ever think you lot could be ‘innocent’” Remus laughed. “Hey guys, can you go to sleep now?” Asked a sleepy Peter, “It’s like, two AM.” “He’s right, go to sleep,” Said Remus yawning, “You both have Quidditch tomorrow.” “Well, I wasn’t as naive as you,” laughed Lilly the next day during the Quidditch match, “I knew they were trouble right when i saw them.— well, except for Peter. You and Peter have been corrupted by those two.” “Hey, I think James is starting to corrupt you too,” Remus replied. Just then there was a cheer. Gryffindor had won the game! He and Lily ran down to the team. “Lily!” Yelled James, running to her and swinging her around, “We one!” “Yeah Lily we one!” Sirius said mockingly, “She knows, James.” “Aww come on Sirius, you’re just jealous.” Remus said laughing, “To bad I’m too tall for you to swing around, maybe Peter will let you.” Remus said joking lightly. “You want to bet?” Asked Sirius, “What?” Remus asked, confused. Sirius picked Remus up by the waist and spun around with him, almost falling over. “Ha! I knew I could do it!” Shouted Sirius, who then bowed. Remus rolled his eyes and hugged James and Sirius. Then Lily joined in. And Peter. Then the whole team hugged them, even Professor McGonagal! The Gryffindors walked back up to the dormitory, James and Sirius already planning the party for that night, Peter joining in and saying he would get the food from the kitchens. Remus smiled at them, not knowing what he would do without them.

AN: Everything inside the // are thoughts. The beginning is the prompt, the rest is only based around it. Sorry it’s so long, I hope you like it! —————- POV: 1st year; Departure —————- ~Mr. Potter~ “Bye James,” Euphemia Potter said, a little teary, “Write every week, ok?” “I will Mum, I promise. Love you Dad.” James grinned and hugged Fleamont Potter. “Bye son. We’ll see you on Christmas break, ok?” “Ok Dad. Don’t worry,” he said, looking at both of them, “I’ll make lots of friends, I’m sure of it.” He started walking towards the train, turning back and laughing when his father yelled, “You better do well in your classes, or else!” “I will!” James hopped onto the train, disappearing from sight. “He’s growing up so fast,” said Euphemia softly, “I’m going to miss him.” “Don’t worry, it’s only for a few months,” Fleamont replied, putting his arm around Euphemia. They both waved to James as the train started moving. “Look, there’s already a boy with him,” he said, smiling, “He’ll be fine.” ——————- ~James~ James hopped onto the train. A kid immediately came up to him and asked, “Isn’t this so cool? I wonder what house I’ll be in? I hope Gryffindor! I’m Peter Pettigrew by the way.” /He looks a little nervous./ James thought, and he smiled at him. “I’m James Potter, nice to meet you! I’m going to be in Gryffindor, no doubt!” He said excitedly. They walked over to a window. “There are my parents!” James said, both of them poking their head out of a window and waving. “Come on, let’s find a compartment to sit in.” ——————- ~Sirius~ Sirius smiled at his brother, Regulus, once their parents had turned away. They weren’t a very close family, him, Regulus, and his Mother and Father, Walburga and Orion. Other then Sirius and Regulus that was. They tried to look out for each other, but sometimes they couldn’t. That’s just how the Black family was. /Maybe it’ll be better at Hogwarts,/ thought Sirius, /I hope I’ll make some friends./ He climbed aboard the train, only looking back to watch his brother leave. He walked all the way down the train, to the second-to-last compartment. It was empty, so he sat down, putting his luggage above him. A few minutes later, a boy walked in with someone else in tow. The first boy had messy black hair, and square glasses. The kid behind him was a shorter boy with sandy/white hair. They sat down and introduced themselves as James Fleamont Potter, and Peter Pettigrew. “Hi James and Peter, I’m Sirius Orion Black.” —————- ~Peter~ Peter hugged his parents, promising to write often. Then he got onto the train. A boy hopped on right after him. /He looks friendly, I’ll go talk to him./ Peter walked up to the boy, and they both began talking excitedly. Peter was a little nervous, but his parents had told him not to show it, and to be polite. They said that this was an easy way to make friends. And it worked! Peter was a little surprised, but relived. He let the other boy, James, lead him to a window, then to a compartment with another boy in it. /I think this can work./ Thought Peter. A few minutes after, a tall boy with short, wavy, light-brown hair and amber eyes walked in. /He has a lot of scars, I wonder what happened./ ~Remus~ “Goodbye Father” said Remus quietly, “Bye Mum.” He said, hugging her. “Bye Remus.” His Mother replied shortly, turning away. “Son, you better be good or I’ll come to bring you back home. You’re lucky Dumbledore is lenient.” Lyall whispered threateningly. Then he, too, walked away, leaving Remus on the platform. Remus sighed. /Why is Dumbledore letting me come to Hogwarts? I’m a danger to everyone./ Remus jumped onto the train right before it left, dragging his luggage behind him. All the compartments were full, except one with three other boys in it. He opened it. “Is there room for one more?” He asked hesitantly. “Yes, come in!” The other boys said excitedly. Remus put his trunk above him, and sat across from a skinny, pale boy, with wavy black shoulder-length har and grey eyes. “Hello!” The boy said, “I’m Sirius Black.” “Remus John Lupin.” he said, shaking Sirius’s hand. The other boys introduced themselves, and they all caught on immediately. /Maybe we will be friends,/ thought Remus, /They don’t have to know I’m a werewolf./
The End
POV: 1st year ~~Remus~~ “But I don’t understand James,” said Sirius looking confused, “Why wouldn’t you do schoolwork on Saturday and Sunday? That’s what Mother and Father had me and Reggie to do. And Father went to work those days too.” James sighed. “Well, for everyone else, those two days are called ‘The Weekend’, and you usually don’t have to go to work or school. You clean and relax and just hangout.” “Come on Sirius, It’s not that hard to understand,” said Peter. “Guys, why don’t we see if the dictionary can explain the weekend,” said Remus, who walked over and opened the common room door, “Fiiine.” groaned the other Marauders. James pulled a big book off the top shelf and handed to Remus. “I could’ve gotten that easier than you, you know,” Remus said teasingly. “I know, but it’s almost the full moon, so it would’ve hurt more for you to get it down.” “Yeah but- “ “Guys! Can we just look it up already?” Sirius asked impatiently, “And keep your voice down when you’re talking about Remus’s Furry Little Problem.” He whispered. “Yeah I know.” James answered. They opened the book and flipped to the ‘w’ section. “Ok, the book says the weekend is ‘the period from Friday evening through Sunday evening, especially regarded as a time for leisure.’” Remus read quietly, trying not to disturb the other students in the Library. They all looked at Sirius expectantly. “Um… ok, I guess I get that. Thanks for helping me guys.” Sirius smiled at them weakly and walked out of the library before anyone could stop him. “I wonder what’s wrong,” James said, “I’m going to ask him-“ “Wait James, I think I know. I’ll meet you in the common room, alright?” Remus looked at James, “Ok,” James replied, “Come on Pete, we can play exploding snap.” They left the library and went their separate ways. ~~Sirius~~ Sirius quickly walked out of the library, his thoughts tumbling around in his mind. He ran up the astronomy tower stairs and climbed out of the window to sit on the roof. He was sitting on the flat roof whenever Remus climbed up to join him. “Hey Padfoot, are you ok?” Remus asked quietly, “I don’t know. I guess I’m just mad at my parents for keeping this from me,” he said, “and I know it’s stupid, but-“ Remus interrupted, “No, Sirius it’s not stupid to want to be like everyone else. I mean, everyone has the weekend. It’s just like, part of life or something, I don’t know.” “Thanks Moony,” he smiled at Remus, “let’s go back to the common room.” “Goodnight James!” Yelled Peter, “Night Remus!” Yelled Sirius, “G’night Sirius!” Yelled James, “Goodnight Peter!” Yelled Remus. Sirius smiled. He loved doing this every night. He was falling asleep, when he suddenly had a thought. “Hey Rem?” He said quietly, “Are you still awake? I have a question.” “ I’m awake now,” said a sleepy voice in the bed next to his, “what did you want to ask?” “Who came up with the weekend?” Sirius asked. “Well, it was most likely Henry Ford, a muggle man who had a car factory, but some wizards claim it was Duggulous Hatson, the wizard who was at one point Minister of Magic. Does this answer your question?” Remus asked. “Yeah, thanks.” “Ok good. Go to sleep now, ‘kay?” “Ok, I will.” Sirius answered sleepily. Sirius fell asleep almost immediately, but not before he heard Remus softly snoring. He was glad he had such good friends.
