I knew it from the day i first met you, broken rhymes are all i got now. But when it comes to me and you too, I know ill always turn to bow. tell me you could live without love, i know it’ll be a dream if you could ever make this true, oh then would i love you. its been a year since i first saw you, im glad i met you but sad i left you broken rhymes are all i got now.
this stranger in the street, was yesterday my friend. whatever happened between, i cannot comprehend. it started with a sunny day, ended during a rainy May. they once were a companion to my lonesome heart, but now are an intruder to my fresh start. things like this, so hard to explain, all it will ever bring is familiar pain.
Soaring butterflies through the air Pitter patter of soft raindrops Rows of bright, fragrant flowers In the midst of garden breezes Never a frostbitten night Golden hues of sun streaks Tinted features of blossomed leaves Innocent wonders, warm and bright Mountains form their yearly charm Earthly glory, heat of light
Free. To do whatever I want to. To do whatever you want me to. I know its not always good. But I long for love. And I know the losses. I know the pain. I know the joy. I can stray from the well-beaten path, Or I can follow the leads of those before. Whatever I decide. Whatever I do. The freedom, the free will. It all come from one above.
Golden sunlight falling down on the lovely, earthly, little town. Sounds of laughter echoed near, with gentle peace for all to hear. Seeing gay, joyful sights, with lovers, maidens, all delight. This is a day for glowing thoughts, of shining streams and victories fought. Happy wanders brought forth here as villager shout their wondrous cheer.
Softness is to anger what rain brings to snow. A calming sense of lovely grace, fanning out all ugly thoughts, wiping away all dirty sin, pushing off all heartless deeds. A clean slate, perfect sanity. Sinless life, snow-white heart. Melted wrongs, washed away evils. Virtuous innocence with perfectly pure joy.
If wishes fell like rain, then I am certainly a storm. Wishing, wanting, braving fears of desire, Change yourself, and your form, Make a wish, that flames like fire.
Hoping for this one beloved thing, Tame the fire that burns inside, What I want will someday sing, Chanting lines of triumph pride.
Wishing stubbornly, every day, Light filled eyes looking to the sky. Longing for the one hopeful ray, Of perfect satisfaction, with lovely sigh.
