Love blind To your touch Where I go But it’s never enough

The echos of your words Linger like a blanket To a band aid To cover these wounds

This charming sight of a pen And the paper clear On the surface, not one bend

A slide of a palm against the surface Placing the tip of the pen With a sense of purpose

To draw a line, a circle, a square The delight is high in such task Drawing can take you anywhere

Water dripping down warmth enveloping me Puddles at my feet drenching wet sparkling water a peacful sound Allows me to think In a silence that isnt too quite Locking the door sitting on the floor as the water hits me Dripping down my body oozing over my skin Its my own personal drug Cancels out the world just long enough for me to catch my breath eases my aches pains and sorrow body soul and mind Dripping hair closed eyes silent tears but its safe here Condensation on the mirror towel on the floor feet on the tile deep breath An embrace for when you are alone a shoulder when you cry its water therapy Turn it hotter just how i like it thats good now Breathing Feels easy I feel safe

The steam rises off of the tea in the cup.

Almost like a medicine, the warmth and mild flavor heals me

All of the chaos, all of the stress, slowed down.

Come. Take a sip, let it calm you. Take a breath and let your heart stop pounding.

This tea will heal you.

Here I am on a another Saturday morning working on my Stories as i take sip of my coffee and looking out the window on a braze day. As I look around the coffee shop see people reading Newspaper and on there’s laptop as I took another sip of my coffee

Water mutes the world Of all the loud sounds nearby I get lost in my thoughts Down here there is no time

I could run in the sun And hope my joints will forgive me I could wade in the lake And find solice in the vast sea

Each breath is calculated Every gasp of air is planned Like a sweet meditation If I were crisscrossed on land

Don’t call my name Nothing can be heard When I’m submerged in my safe space I can’t hear a word

The water sways within the glass When the world moves so does the water within. Ice floats to the top How? I mean to say You’re a chameleon Versatile Flexible You can form to What’s needed When the world moves I want to move too I’m not like you. You are so damn beautiful, and within you is the very essence of survival Within me, I feel empty. What do you feel?

In your heart, Things did start. Like seas of loss, Unable to bare this cross.

In my fare, I did but care. Like a warm visage, In which my hope laid siege.

Coffee for the first time is very bitter

Coffee over time we get used to the bitter

It's a habit that we chose to ignore

we shove it down our throats even though we don't have too

God can take away that bitter in your life

You don't have to deal with it, you can be free

so let Him take care of you and you can enjoy the sweet
