Rain dazzled the cobblestone road; the tall buildings above stretching to the sky. You can hear the rumble of cars as they rush past, dispersing the small puddles on the side of the road. Ears pricked; a cat jumps over a small, iron fence into a lush green garden dotted with irises. It looks down into a patch of daffodils; gaze serene and pelt unruffled against the falling rain.
You’re in the cat’s place now. Looking down at those vibrant, yet droopy flowers.
What do you think? Are you calm, unaware, distressed? No matter. You know you’re safe, at least now you are. Breathe in the dreamy scenery sprouting around you, nothing can harm you now.
Your paws are tucked over the sides of the flower bed, looming over like a hungry hawk. Your nose is filled with the scent of blossoming flowers and rain that was begining to thrum in your ears. Every flicker of aloof has died away from your pelt, you close your eyes, trusting the scene around you to keep you guarded.
Your whiskers twitch, and the faint sound of a door opening and closing distracts you. You better go now; those kids that live here have returned from wherever they’ve been. You rise and shake the rain from your whiskers; quickly padding towards the other side of the yard.
You leap over, shaking your pelt out as you reach the shelter of a tall, pine tree. You shift onto your hind legs and leap up onto the rough bark, clawing your way up to the nearest branch. You stretch out over the branch, yawning and letting your fluffy tail droop over the side. Your mind settles for a peaceful conversation to yourself; what had you done that day?
Walking, eating, resting, walking, searching, resting, coming across the garden you usually sleep by, and now you’re here. It went quite well as always. You think of what you’d do the next day- oh no bother. Let the future worry for itself. You do, however, want to head back to that girl’s house, she’s quite friendly and gives you something to eat every other day.
But deep down you wish for something more. You can’t hook your claws into it, but maybe it has to do with the fact that you have no one to talk too? Your ears droop, that’s why.
You adore the place you live in, plenty of kind people and hundreds of places to stay. But yet, could leaving be for the best? No. Absolutely not. What if you met danger or even worse, no friends? For once you’re nervous. No way would you leave your home. Not now, not ever.
You yawn, maybe it was time to rest. Carefully climbing down the pine tree, you leap back over the fence and duck into one of the bushes surrounding the garden. You’d made your own little makeshift nest the day before, a few small, sturdy sticks keeping most of the rain out. Finally, you lay your head down, tail over nose. Maybe tomorrow you’d decide what to do.
I should probably start writing something instead of constantly saying:
“Wowzers, sorry I’ve been dead and haven’t posted anything in weeks!!!”
I’m just gonna go over stuff.
I’m taking a break from RavenWoods. (Well I have been) Don’t get me wrong, I love that series and I have a ton of fun writing it, but only about half of the people who made characters for it originally have vanished and I haven’t heard a word from them. As for the ones who do still read it, thank you so much :) Another thing, there are tons of writings I work on outside of this app, and I’ve been really focused on those for awhile. So RavenWoods kind’ve got shoved aside.
Warrior Cats. I don’t think I need to explain. If you don’t know, just go to the website, (www.warriorcats.com) and look at how many books there are.
Other apps are getting a lot of my attention. By “other apps” I mean Ibis Paint X. I’ve just been doing a lot of stuff on there recently.
Video games. Listen, its finally summer and I can hibernate in my domain (AKA, my room) and start sniping people with a heavy sniper in Fortnite.
I’ve run out of ideas for this app. I’m sure I can brew a whole kingdom of characters if I wanted. So by “running out of ideas” I mean I’m tired of pouring ideas into this app to only get like five reads and two likes. Like I said in reason one, I usually spend about two hours on each RavenWoods part (yes I know that’s a skill issue).
Doubting and being lazy.
Yes, I know that literally nobody asked and is probably getting ready to pull out some, “I searched the whole universe and couldn’t find who asked” I know I sound very ungrateful, lazy, and whiny, and I apologize for that, it just makes me feel upset when I work hard on something only for it to get a single like and a few reads. (Thank you so much btw if you do like my writings :))
I’m going to delete my other lazy “posts” about me basically dying and forgetting this app for weeks to months. I think this is good enough to sum all of those up.
So, what’s the point in this particular apology for constantly leaving?
Because I just don’t know what to do anymore.
I know people need breaks, but I’ve most DEFINITELY taken way more breaks than I deserve. For example, I write something, evaporate for three weeks, come back and apologize; repeat. A.J.Kit is doing GREAT at consistently writing and doing stuff on other apps daily, while I have just been a limp piece of prey who has one foot in the grave.
Being an author requires constant work and dedication, and I WANT to have that. I WANT to say that I’d write everyday but I just can’t. I WANT to be able to do what other authors can, heck, the authors of Warrior Cats have written over a hundred books and aren’t stopping. I DON’T WANT to be lazy.
Everytime I even think of not being worthy enough to be an author I feel legitimate pain, because without being an author I’m nothing, sure I have other talents but is being decent at Fortnite and knowing the history of Nintendo going to do me any good? I also feel like it’s what God is telling to do (Which is an absolute WIN because this is what I want to do also).
But anyways, I’m going to try and post more often than I have been. If I don’t stick to that, it’ll probably be because I’m working on something but haven’t finished it yet.

Hatred: intense dislike or ill will
I tend to have lots of hatred.
Hatred for the world
Hatred for injustice
Hatred for disrespect
Hatred for the way I am Why am I so short? _ Why do I never feel joy?_ _ Why am I so negative?_ _ Why do I look like this?_ __ __ I always remind myself I’m the way I’m supposed to be But is that the case? Am I missing something?
When I write and read, everything goes away. Hatred leaves and is replaced with wonder and curiosity. Curiosity changes to happiness. Happiness slowly changes to joy.
But once that’s over I’m back to myself. Instead of tall, I’m short. Instead of being strong and stern I appear to be weak.
I can change this, I know, and this hatred will leave. But some times it’s hard, and that’s okay.
It’s alright to feel alone and astray. You really aren’t alone and you’re beautiful just the way you are.
Instead of pointing out all your flaws and mistakes, think of the good things. I promise, it’ll help. Instead of looking at all your negatives, look at the positives.
God made you for a reason, there’s a talent for everyone. You’re beautiful and wonderfully made. Maybe if everyone can understand this, our world will turn around. We’ll feel peace and be brought in a harmonized community.
We start this by letting go of the hatred, letting go of despair. And realizing that we’re filled with potential and (possible) care.
This world is broken, maybe beyond repair But God can change this, that time is quite near.

So, I’ve been wanting to write a mini-series about mythical creatures.
These aren’t mermaids or anything, but instead cat like creatures. (Just by looking at my writings you can tell I like cats)
For example, a type of creature I’ve come up with is a bright, pastel colored cat with butterfly like wings and antennas. (No I don’t know what to call it, if you have any name suggestions I’ll be very thankful!)
If you have any ideas on something similar to that, let me know!
(After 100 years I finally made part five, sorry for the wait. The reason it took so long is because everytime I got out of the app it deleted all of my progress 🙃)
Two days had passed since the group had passed the lake, now, they were all standing near the edge of a nearby cliff, casting their gazes over the horizon where the kingdom of Epirisana lay. Cherry’s paws felt weak from the journey they had trekked, but she was pleased with herself for getting there, especially since this was her first time.
Raiden hit the soft ground with a thud, a tired sigh rising from his exhausted state, “I’ve done this five times, and yet I’m still not used to this dreadful trip…” he’d grumble. Dude nudged him with a paw, “we’re almost there, you can make it.” He’d say, looking back at the distant kingdom. Whisper Rose shook her long fur coat, “if we don’t stop, we’ll most definitely make it to Diamond. I can sense her waiting for us…” she’d meow quietly.
“Wait a moment,” Snowdrop suddenly meowed, “did we ever tell Cherry about code names?” She asked, blinking her eyes with question. Storm rose to her paws, “I completely forgot about those!” She began, “Cherry, we use code names when we go places, the creatures of the kingdom don’t know our real names, Diamond asked us to keep it a secret, only she knows who we really are.”
Cherry tilted her head, “why doesn’t she want anyone to know who we are?” She’d ask, her tone mixed with suspicion. Storm shook her head, “no clue.” She admitted, flicking her tail. QuailSong twirled in the air, “are we going or not?” She’d meow, blinking her eyes with boredom. Gabby laughed, “okay everyone, get your paws moving! We’ll be there soon!” She cheered.

Blade looked up at the gates with confusion, “weren’t these smaller last time?” He’d ask, flicking his ears. Cherry looked up at the tall gates that loomed over her like a hawk, she was slightly confused on how cats could make something like that, but who knew, she was most likely no longer connected to the real world… Storm nodded, “I think they were littler last time as well.” She shrugged and pounded one of her forepaws against the gates, “Hey! Let us in!”
After a few moments, the gates slit open, allowing the nine to pass into the kingdom. Cherry took a deap breath as she entered, looking around as the kingdom’s citizens deserted their homes and looked at them with their eyes filled with curiosity. They gazed over at each of them in turn. Eventually, one of them bounded up to them. They were a shorter cat, with a Russian blue coat that reflected the ocean’s color.
The newcomer tilted their head, “are you the ones whom Queen Diamond’s been awaiting?” They ask, an inquisitive smile forming on their face. Whisper Rose nodded, “I believe that would be us,” she’d reply. The cat dipped their head, “you may want to hurry on then, the palace is quite a long walk to reach. But, I can come with you there! Only if you want me to I mean!” They’d add quickly.
Cherry noticed the gleam in their eyes, this cat seemed to want to go with them desperately. Before anyone could reject, she approved, “sure! It’d be lovely for you to tag along.” The others didn’t say anything as the cat began to lead them through the dispersing croud, “my name is Blue by the way!”
Gabby purred, “then thank you for leading us, Blue!” The group trudged on, with a few overly questioning cats following them from behind.
After a long, long, walk through the kingdom, Blue had finally led them to the stairs that led up to the massive palace that made Cherry’s pelt bristle. It appeared to be made of stone and strong marble. The windows were tinted with a “blue-ish” color, towers and walls stretched on throughout the land beyond.
Blue turned around to stare at them, “once you get up the, exhausting, stairway, you should be greeted by numerous guards, but Diamond most likely told them what you look like, so they _should_ let you in, as far as I know at least.” The group thanked the cat, and they seemed to pleased with themself, but a hint in their eyes told Cherry they were sad to already let them go.
She gave Blue a warm, caring look, “maybe you can come with us?” Cherry felt the others shoot her uneasy glances.

“Well, we’ll see how the guards react. For now, you can tag along.” Snowdrop murmured, looking away with a twitch of her whiskers. Blue’s expression changed with joy, “thank you!”

Diamond was beautiful. She had sky blue scales and fin like gills along her face. Her wings were giant, with a dark color that looked like paint splatters, she was very, very tall and seemed to be eight feet taller than Cherry. The guards had immediately let the ten of them in when seeing them, they hadn’t seemed to notice Blue who was so excited they looked like they were having a mini-seizure. Cherry felt exhausted from what seemed to be at least an hour of twisting and turning through the palace until they had gotten to the Queen of Epirisana. _How do the guards remember all of this?_
Diamond smiled, “welcome! It feels like so much time has passed since I’ve seen all of you.” She seemed to notice Cherry and Blue, “they’re new.” She said, her eyes flickering with gratitude. Blade nodded, “well, Cherry, the tortoiseshell colored feline, is the-“ he immediately stopped himself, realizing he’d said Cherry’s name.
All of them shot quick glances to Blue to see if they’d heard what Blade had accidentally said. But the Russian blue cat seemed so shocked by seeing Diamond that everything had been turned off in their head. Diamond shot Blade a dissatisfied look, “I’m going to assume that one wasn’t once human then?” She asked, her voice so low Cherry had to strain her ears to hear her.
Whisper Rose nodded, “I’m aware that you’ve been waiting for us to bring you, _her.” _She nodded to Cherry. Diamond’s eyes suddenly flooded like she’d remembered something very important. “I have. But I need the cat you’ve broughten with you to NOT see this.” All of the group looked at Cherry, _I know I wasn’t supposed to bring them! _
Raiden trotted up to Blue, “hey, sorry Blue, could you wait outside the doors for us? We need to do something.” Blue nodded their head, “sorry, I forgot this wasn’t meant for me. I’ll leave you alone, if you need me, I’ll be- uh, somewhere, as long as I don’t get lost…” she breathed. They turned to the large doors and left.
Everyone was looking at Cherry now, including Diamond. “We’ll then.” The Queen said, “let’s begin this, shall we?” She turned away and pulled something behind a heavy curtain. The sound of rumbling made Cherry shiver, the wall in the back suddenly parted, and a long, dark passage way lay ahead.
Cherry looked at her friends with worry.
“You can do it Cherry!”
“Don’t worry, it’ll be alright!”
“You’ll do great!”
Cherry was about to ask them what they meant, but Diamond was signaling with a claw to follow her. Without another word, Cherry followed the queen down the passage way.

Everything was pitch black, only the lantern Diamond had gave off light. Cherry’s heart was beating fast and felt like it’d only take a few seconds for her to start hyperventilating. “T-the others said I-I’d get some power?” She asked, her voice shaking. Diamond nodded, “yes. You’ll do just fine, I’m sure of it.”
After a few moments, they emerged into a large magical cavern that glowed bright blue, green, red, yellow, every color possible. Cherry breathed in awe, watching as Diamond walked to the center. She flapped her wings, and with a murmur Cherry couldn’t hear her say, an aggresive rumble shook the ground. Cherry dug her claws into the ground for support, and she closed her eyes with fear. Then everything was still.
Opening her eyes, Cherry gasped, so surprised she hardly breathed. Element like things had formed a circle around her. Water that floated in the air, fire next to it, a misty like shape that seemed to represent air, clouds, wings, rocks, all sorts of things. Cherry didn’t know what to do. “I know tons of thoughts are twirling in your head right now, but I promise, this will be easy. Reach your paw out to all of these. And see what happens.”
With a shaky breath, Cherry reached her paw out towards the floating water, as soon as she touched it, it splattered onto the ground, startling Cherry. She turned to the rocks, which also fell. The mist flew away and the fire looked like it’d burn her. After a few trys, she realized that the powers the others had must not be any use to her. She focused on the other ones.
Light.
Cherry reached her paw out to the glowing orb, expecting there to be some magical feeling. But the orb went black as she put her paws on it, and she dropped it with surprise. Turning around, only one thing remained.
A flower.
Knowing this was what she was destined to, Cherry grabbed the flower. She gasped in surprise as it wrapped itself around her foreleg, growing and growing with it’s petals beaming with bright colors. She yelped in pain as thorns stabbed her. Desperate to escape, she screamed for Diamond to help. But the Queen only gave her a look of “it’s going to be okay.” Cherry screamed in a mix of alarm and pain as a thorn approached her neck, “help me! Help me please!” She cried to Diamond.
She shut her eyes, preparing for death, but the pain suddenly stopped. The thorns started to retreat back into the flower. The plant grew littler and littler until it began to glow brightly, the wounds spilling with blood disappeared, and the plant grew smaller until it had secured itself to one of Cherry’s legs. She tried to pull it off, but nothing worked. “Get this thing off of me!”
Diamond came up to her, “Cherry. From now on you will be binded together with the power of healing. You will heal your friends when trouble comes, and you will aim your thorns when anyone strikes against you. While this flower will always be connected to you, it will bring you safety and peace.”
Cherry looked at the innocent looking flower, and nodded, “I’ll do as I must.” She breathed.
(WOAH! This part was long! I loved writing this and I hoped you enjoyed reading it!)
Cherry had finally made her decision. Flicking her tortoiseshell tail, she headed out of her room to confront the others that she was ready to leave for the journey ahead to the kingdom of Epirisana. As she stepped out, the others smiled to her, reflecting a warm gaze to her in greeting- even if she’d only been in her room for twenty minutes.
“Well?” Raiden said, his black and brown tail twitching with curiosity. Cherry blinked her eyes and nodded, “I’m ready, if Diamond knows the way out of this- well, mess… then it’s more then definitely worth visiting her.”
The others purred with happiness, “then we should get going right away!” Quail Song meowed, leaping to her paws. The others rose as well and quickly ran to prepare themselves for the long journey ahead. Gabby smiled and closed her eyes, slightly flicking her ears with a calm appearance. “I haven’t enabled my true ability in quiet some time,” she’d purr, “it’s time I finally do.”
Without a moment to ask her new friend what she meant, Gabby trotted away to collect whatever she needed. Cherry drew one of her paws over her ear, she’d gotten used to living life as a cat, sharpening her claws every now and then and brushing her fur down when it was bristled. Things were more simple than being a human, but yet she still missed walking on two legs instead of four, and having fur was still a little weird to her.
Within a few seconds, everyone emerged from their rooms with everything they might need. “Well then,” Blade spoke, “let’s get going.”
With a swish of a tail, the nine cats departed from their friendly treehouse and started through the woods, beginning their journey to the kingdom of Epirisana.

The group had been traveling for awhile now, Cherry’s paws felt numb from all the walking, everyone else seemed to be felling the same, except for Quail Song who was flying above them (she seemed to be showing the fact off that she could fly and they couldn’t). After a long silence, the roaring sound of water echoed through Cherry’s spotted ears. Peering through the thinning forest, a lake stood in their path, making the group stop.
Dude sighed, “I forgot about this…” he’d murmur, slouching his shoulders and running to get to the bank of the large mass of water. The others didn’t seem to thrilled either, all except for Gabby. The silver tabby brushed aside everyone and met the water with a calm gaze.
She touched her nose to the lake, and within a few seconds, the feline turned into water, laughing as Cherry gasped in surprise.
“Y-you can-“
“Turn into water? Yep!”
She jumped into the water, silver droplets from the lake spashing up onto the others as she twirled around in sync with the calming breeze that caried the lake’s scent. She was hardly visible, making Cherry strain to see her.
Whisper Rose looked across the lake to the land beyond, it was quiet far away. The long furred cat’s eyes shimmered as an idea sparked into her head. “Quail Song, you and I can lift everyone across the water! You can carry some on your back and I’ll make the rest levitate over.” Quail Song looked at her like’d she had four ears, “I can only carry at least one! And can you really put your power to the test with floating everyone across?” She’d scoff.
Whisper Rose glared at her through slitted eyes, “I’m sure I’m capable of it.” She’d reply, “this isn’t how we got across last time, so we’ll have to make use of what’s already with us.” Storm and Snowdrop glanced at eachother, Whisper Rose never usually talked. “I could try to bring everyone across the water with y’know, clouds.” Storm offered, taking a paw step forward. Snowdrop shook her head, “don’t do that, everyone will probably fall through,” she told her. Storm’s fur bristled like a growing cloud, “well let’s see then!” She spat. Storm formed a mass of clouds and shot them at Snowdrop, lifting her up in the air with a startle.
She hit the ground with a hiss, glareing at Storm with disapproval. Gabby twirled around, “are we gonna keep going or not?” She’d ask, a smile on her face. Everyone nodded and came closer to the bank of the lake. Quail Song lowered herself to the ground, letting Cherry climb onto her back. The feline lifted herself back into the air, winceing as Cherry dug her claws in her back. “Stop clawing my fur out!” Quail Song hissed. Cherry loosened her grip, “sorry, I’ve just never been up in the sky before…” Quail Song nodded her head and rose up higher into the air. Whisper Rose waved her paw a few times and wind came and picked up Raiden, who was startled. Then, Storm glared at Snowdrop and picked up Dude.
Blade and Snowdrop kept their eyes on them as they began to cross the lake. The wind was calming, letting Cherry relax. Raiden and Dude seemed to enjoy floating over the water, they stretched one of their paws down to touch the crystal lake, laughing as water sprayed up into the air. Beneath the flying cats, Gabby was laughing with happiness, leaping out of the water like a dolphin as she followed them. Purring, Quail Song lowered herself, letting Cherry run her paw through the water.
In a few more moments, they had reached the other side, dropping the three off and heading back for the other two. Gabby leaped out of the water, mid air turning back to normal. Her fur wasnt wet at all, it seemed like not a single drop had clung to her.
After a few moments, the others joined them across, shaking their fur from the water. They all began to laugh with each other, purring and describing what could have happened if they fell in.
Cherry watched her new friends, reflecting the harmonized gaze everyone else shared. Lifting her head up to the dimming sky, she reminded herself that all of them were here together, they’d all gone through the same things she had in arriving to an unknown world. Picking up the pace, they all started raceing one another toward their destination, knowing that they’d be safe together.
(Sorry that this part was so long!)
Sounds of paw steps awoke Cherry from her sleep. At first, she was startled to see an unfamiliar place around her, but then she remembered everything that had happened. She might as well get used to the feeling of waking up to be met with the feeling of no escape. Her matted, tortoiseshell spotted pelt told her she’d better figure out how to clean out her fur, it was like hair, right?
Leaving her empty room, she emerged into the main part of the large treehouse. At her arrival, everyone turned their heads toward her, murmuring “good morning” and “hello.” Cherry tilted her head, sure she’d only known the group for two days, but she knew well that they weren’t the silent ones- except for Whisper Rose of course.
“Is everything okay?” Cherry asked them, flicking her ears in curiosity. Snowdrop was the first to speak, “well, Cherry, you know that we all have powers-“
Cherry nodded her head.
“Well, you kind’ve need one,” she’d say wearily. Cherry didn’t know how to react, “why? Is something going to happen?” She’d fret, knowing that anything could happen in this strange world. Blade laughed slightly, “no, we just think since you’re one of us now, it might be best that you have a power like us.” He’d reply to her.
Cherry stood, slightly worried, “what’s the point in these powers anyway?” She’d ask. The group didn’t respond, but surprisingly, Whisper Rose opened her mouth to speak, “It’s a long conversation that Diamond can answer for you, speaking of her, we plan on tomorrow we make the journey to the kingdom.” She breathed lightly, closing her eyes as she tilted her head away. Cherry felt annoyed, “I just got here, went through the trauma of knowing I may never get out of this place, and already I have to go on some adventure?” She’d say, very confused.
Storm shrugged, “yea, I know this is suddenly pouncing onto you, but I think Diamond wants us to return to her as soon as possible, now would be the right time.” She meowed, flicking her dark tail. The others whispered slight agreements, “listen, all of us were confused when we got-“
“I get it! This is normal for YOU guys! But it’s not to me! Stop comparing me to your first time here! I don’t have to have a power- or whatever I supposivley need! Stop saying, “I’m one of you!”” Cherry wailed, her temper overflowing like a river. Gabby flicked her ears sympathetically, “that’s not what we meant! We just wanted to let you know that you’re not alone in this place.” She told her, “and just like us, maybe you woukd want to have a power like us as well?”
Cherry could clearly see there was more then just receiving a power, “you haven’t answered me, why do I need a power?” She asked, finally sitting down and flicking her tortoiseshell tail over her paws. Dude spoke up, “Diamond is the Queen, or ruler, of the kindgom of Epirisana, when there was only three of us,” he nodded to the first few cats who had arrived there, “Diamond spotted them while flying, she brought them back-“
“When she brought them- er, us back, she gave us these powers, then more people arrived, and we brought them to her, repeat.” Blaze put in, his tail waving for another cat to share their story. Gabby stood up to continue, “we’ve always enjoyed coming to visit Diamond, but now, I remember her telling us something about if we recieved another person, we must return to her as soon as possible. That’s why we want you to gain a power immediately.”
Everyone nodded, Raiden and Quail Song flicked their tails in sync, “indeed, and if you’re alright, tell us when you’re okay for departure.”
Cherry slowly nodded, “okay, just give me an hour or two before we plan everything out.” She’d murmur, rising and trotting back to her room. Cherry folded her ears against her head, closing out her strong sence of hearing.
She sat down on her new chair, which had suddenly appeared (Whisper Rose had most likely snuck it in to drop it off), Cherry looked through her window, and watched the swaying trees in the distance. Maybe Diamond knew how to get them out of this place? The others had said that she wanted them to return as soon as possible. Resting her head on her paws, she closed her eyes in sorrow, missing her old world and wanting to return to it badly. She missed being human, walking on two legs like normal and doing the usual things. But now everything had changed.
And who knew if it would ever be the same again.

A day had passed since Cherry fell into the strange world. The cats who had found her appeared to have been zapped into this world like her a long time ago. Shifting around in her new bed, which had been given to her by the others, Cherry closed her eyes, expecting that when she awoke she’d be human again and back in the real world.
Moonlight flickered in through Cherry’s window that was covered with a net to keep things out. She sat up, looking at herself in dread as she saw nothing but tortoiseshell fur. She sniffed, knowing that she may never get out of this situation. Flicking her ears, she heard the other strange cats like her outside on the treehouse balcony. Pulling herself away from her new room, she awkwardly followed their voices.
Outside, the moon was shining down upon them, shimmering it’s reflective rays across the horizon. Gabby flicked her silver striped tail and looked behind her, “hey Cherry! We figured you wouldn’t be able to sleep for long…” She murmured sympathetically. Cherry nodded, feeling the others gaze at her with faint smiles. “None of us could sleep a wink when we first arrived here,” Blade said to her, shrugging his Abyssinian red shoulders. The others murmured agreements, with only Whisper Rose keeping quiet. She hadn’t looked at Cherry at all, or even say a single word to her. Cherry figured she didn’t want to remember when she first got here in this fantasy world, but who knew what swirled in the fluffy feline’s head.
They all sat in silence for awhile, gazing up at the stars with weary eyes. The large trees that grew next to the treehouse shimmered with gold, lightning up the darkened sky with beauty. Snowdrop suddenly spoke, “this would be more of a magical moment if what’s happening wasn’t,” she said, sighing. Storm flicked one of her ears briskly, “sure, but we can still enjoy the moment” she’d say with attitude.
Dude tapped a paw in front of him, moving his tail over the large, wooden balcony, “I’m positive there’s a way put of here.” He’d begin, “Diamond said so the last time we visited her.” Cherry tilted her head, “Who? There’s more people who got stuck here?” Dude shook his head, “no, but-“
Raiden cut him off, “there’s this dragon named Diamond, she’s the ruler of the kingdom of Epirisana, she know’s we are humans zapped into this world, yadda, yadda, other things.” He answered Cherry. Suddenly, Whisper Rose spoke for the first time, “not only that, but she’s-“ Cherry yelped in alarm as Blade’s paw suddnely lit on fire, “your paw!” She shrieked. Blade laughed and the fire went away, “that’s just me! It’s not like I randomly caught fire.”
“You did that? But how did you…” Cherry’s mind spun in confusion. Quail Song spoke up, “each of us have the power to use a certain ability. Diamond was the one who gave us these, I think that’s what Whisper Rose was trying to say before Blade enabled his power.” She meowed, “you’ll gain one soon…” she added quietly.
Cherry nodded, “then what can you guys do then?” She’d ask, slowly feeling more secure around the group. Everyone shared their powers and what they could do, Gabby made water appear out of no where, Storm formed a cloud, it finally came to Whisper Rose, but she simply shook her paw to make a gust of wind hit Cherry right in the face.

After sharing memories and telling tales, the RavenWood group retreated back into the treehouse for some well deserved rest.
Cherry sat on her bed, glancing around at her empty room. In the morning she’d find things to decorate it, she might as well make things fancy if this could end up being her forever home.
With an unhappy sigh, Cherry closed her eyes and fell to sleep.

“Ruby! Ruby! Are you okay?” Leaf yelled as she skirted to a stop behind her startled friend. The pretty, ginger feline stood frozen, her eyes wide with shock as she stared at a hazel bush. “Is everything okay, Ruby?” Leaf asked her again, checking the air to see if she could detect what Ruby was so stricken about. Leaf’s ears flew up as rustles came from the bushes. Three shapes emerged from the undergrowth, their mouths curled into a snarl and teeth bared. They kept their ground as they shot hostile glares at the two felines. Ruby whimpered and stepped back, flicking her tail with weariness.
The front one started laughing, “Twig! Rose! These two are just wimps, lets keep going, they can’t do anything!” They laughed. A calico spotted she cat chuckled, “What are you so scared about? Three unknown cats? Get used to it!” She cackled. Leaf hissed at them, but before she could do anything, a shape crushed onto the lead cat, making them yowl in shock and pain. It was Drop.
The quiet she pinned them down and glared at the other two mysterious cats. She turned her gaze back to Ruby and Leaf, “Go get the others! I got them handled from here…” she whispered, an unsettling tone flowing through her voice.
Ruby leaped away into the forest, sprinting back to the others. Leaf watched as the calico lunged at Drop, but the dark pelted feline flung her unsheathed paw over her and into the ground, unmoved by the calico’s sudden attack. leaf turned and ran after Ruby, her tortoiseshell paws skimming the earth as she flew over the overgrown ground.
Scared and panting, the two she cats reached the other’s sides. “What happened?” Owl shrieked, with Dazzle right behind him. Ruby gasped for air, “three intruders on our territory! Drop is attackng them!” She answered. Owl and Dazzle pelted off into the forest, Leaf and the shocked ginger feline behind them.
As they reached Drop, the dark feline had two of the most hostile intruders on their sides, with their eyes wild from fear of their attacker. The last cat was fightened and small, they huddled next to a tall tree, whimpering as it’s two companions lay wounded on the ground. Drop turned to face the others, “everything has been taken care of” she breathed. Leaf watched her leap off her opponents, her pretty pelt only had a few scratched and bites.
The three Mist Runners picked the two wounded cats up, “lets bring them back to Mist that Covers Sky,” Dazzle meowed, “he will know what to do.” Ruby looked hesitant, “why bring them back to camp? They’re clearly hostile!” She whined. Owl shrugged, “they seem scared of Drop. Leaf, fetch that other cat, bring them back aswell.” He ordered.
Leaf made her way to the stricken cat, she pulled at their tail to get up. They were a light brown cat with dark brown spots, they looked up at Leaf with wild eyes. “P-please don’t hurt me…!” He whimpered. Leaf sighed sympathetically, “I won’t hurt you!” She told him, helping him to his paws.
The group set out back to camp, with the intruders stareing at Drop with fearsome eyes. She glared back at them, but didn’t say anything.
(WARNING: This part is actually kinda violent)
“Attack!”
Creatures of all the magical clans suddenly launched into battle, their claws unsheathed and teeth bared. Aqua shoved Sky to the ground, raising a unsheathed paw. Sky hissed and kicked up with her back legs, turning away from her grasp and scratching her claws over one side of the Clan of Water’s ruler. The ruler snarled and brought her teeth down onto Sky’s bushy tail. The Cloud ruler yowled and brought her paw down on her head pushing her to the ground. She kicked Aqua harshly and ran somewhere else onto the battlefield. She recognized Frost-storm and Gray with a Clan of Forest creature attacking multiple other creatures on the opposite clan, their eyes wild with hostility.
Suddenly, a harsh bite in Sky’s side made her howl in agony and fell to the ground. Seaweed was attacking, raising both of her treacherous paws to swipe at her. Sky braced herself, but felt nothing. She looked up to see Seaweed yowling in the air as Crimson tossed her up and hit her into the ground. “keep going!” He hissed to Sky as she raced off deeper into the field. Suddenly she saw Lightning, shuddering in fear as a tall Clan of Water creature approached her with unmerciful eyes. Sky screeched and leaped onto his back, clawing at his scales and pulling him down, “hide in the trees!” Sky told the horrified Lightning. Shuddering, the small creature dashed up into the trees.

Pastel hit the ground hard, her breath being knocked out of her. A yellow and cyan scaled Clan of Water creature had knocked her down, and was biting her ear until it felt numb. A flash of dark gray suddenly came by and was clawing the creatures ears until, it also yowled for mercy. It was Frost-storm, who had long scratches down her pelt and forelegs. She let the creature loose and it dashed off into the forest with a long yell. “Serves you right!” Frost-storm yelled after her. She helped Pastel to her paws and ran off with her tail streaming after her.
Pastel split up from her to help Gray, who was fighting two Clan of Water creatures. She took the side of one and knocked their back legs from under them, she pinned held them down but didn’t hurt them, she noticed he was unharmed and small. “Run back to your camp. I won’t hurt you.” The young creatures eyes showed a mix of hostility and thankfulness. He gave her a look, and Pastel let him loose into the forest.
A few of these creatures are to small to be here!
Pastel came to two horrified Clan of Water creatures and soothed the with a soft voice, “I won’t hurt you okay? C’mon let’s get you out of this war.” The two creatures were horrified and their eyes were overflowed with anxiety. They swiftly followed her and murmured ‘thank you’ to her as they reached the end of the small field and ran off into the forest.
Suddenly the rest of the Clan of Water thundered away, only leaving Aqua there. The fearsome and scratched ruler glared at the two Clans, “You’ve won this battle! But that doesn’t mean we won’t get our revenge!” She yowled with her teeth bared. She leaped over a fallen branch and ran into the forest, hissing.
Pastel looked around at the field, everyone was helping each other and pulling other creatures up into the trees.
“Gray! Frost-storm!”
Pastel pushed her way through the crowd until she saw the wounded Clan of Cloud creatures. She brushed her tail along her friend’s side. “Are you okay?” She asked.
Gray nodded, but looked toward Frost-storm worried. “She launched herself onto a really tall Clan of Water creature. I’m sure he was gonna turn her into a sea-snack.” He snarled. But Frost-storms eyes showed with challenge and bravery. “But you saw how I attacked his legs! I don’t think I needed your help, brother!” She laughed.
Gray sighed, “if I hadn’t leaped in, I’m sure he would’ve turned you into a pretzel.” He muttered lowly.
