I opened the cupboard
Guess what was inside
Thats right, my depression
It always sits in there
Almost like a teacup waiting to be picked
It never moves, just sits
Its black like a shadow,
But isn't a shadow
The only thing that can move it is light
And I don't have any light,
Just darkness inside
My depression festers
in the dark cupboard
Almost like the movie,
The Indian in the Cupboard...
i take to the stairs,
and walk to the shelves.
opening the cupboard,
i grab cups for the elves.
though i don't judge,
i do wonder why.

and mornings they rise.
they dine in the yard

Faced with the issues at hand I finally realize there’s no running away
No running from the truth
The truth Which makes nobody ...

Help yourself , it’s so good it’s bizarre
Head to the bottom shelf and you will see
A small box with a lock and a key
Open the box and you will find
A heart so rare it’s one of a kind
Welcome back my love to the world of the living
Where zombies like us get to f...
It’s been three days.
My head’s in a haze.
I miss your face.
Nobody to hold.
You left me alone.
You’ll never grow old.
I wish I was you.
But it’ll never be true.
I’ll always be blue.
I need to eat.
Put shoes on my feet.
Get back to the beat.
I wish I felt heard.
One thing I’ve learned,
just open the cupboard....
