Autumn has come around once again
Red, orange, yellow and brown
Leaves falling all around
Coating the terrain
Every year the sweet smell of pumpkin spice
How it fills me with joy
To know that soon Halloween will soon deploy
And my soul will rejoice
All year I wait patiently for this day
When the nights grow long and weary
I feel my mood becomes more cheery
With a fire place lit and gentle rain

As Autumn’s breath whispers through golden leaves,
Bamboo trees stand cloaked in gowns of red and gold,
Beautiful Summer’s heat and green now tales of old,
As nature’s hand this yearly canvas weaves.
A harvest moon in silent night achieves,
But a glow that speaks of stories yet untold,
Bold winds through the empty fields unfold,
A song of change that every heart perceives.
Yet with this beauty co...
In courts of thorns where shadows softly creep,
Amidst the whispers of the fae's unrest,
There walks a fox, by trials sorely pressed,
Yet kindness blooms where others sow deceit.
Through shattered bonds and loves forever lost,
He bears the scars of battles fiercely fought,
Yet in his heart, compassion's flame is caught,
A beacon in the darkness, tempest-tossed.
Betrayed, his eye a testament to p...
True, the nights draw in.
But sometimes morning light
catches the ground just right
and we say the fall will soon begin
It’s sad, the days are shorter
As optimists we should
look out for something good
Like herons, watching by the water
If leaves begin to fall
and shadows on the wall
Offer shade to all that isn’t browning
What evening defines
The winter underlines
And skating never really feel...
In autumn's beauty, colors fall in leaves,
The trees ablaze with reds and golds so fair
Tranquility resides in crisp cool air,
Swirling winds whisper secrets to the trees.
Hughes of russet paint falling leaves like fire,
Cascading like confetti from above.
Natures canvas is painted with such love,
A site the eyes and heart can both admire.
The sun sets early, casting golden light

A young lady's heart is a precious thing
To give it away, she must be sure
That the man who holds it is worth her love
And will treat her with love and pure.
For in this world, there are many men
But not all are worthy of her time
So she must know what qualities to seek
In a young man, who will be sublime.
First and foremost, he must be kind
To all creatures, great and small
For a gentle heart i...
most people hate poetry the sounds of the wave floating underneath the rock still there standing tall I don’t know why people don’t like rhyming, to make sense of it the feel of it the air shook the trees sounds like haven coming out into rain after all I did for you the last few weeks and day and night the way I love you the night sky ends sitting top of the hill nothing matters, the winds howlin...
In Autumn’s arms, the world begins to age,
As leave of red and gold fall gracefully,
Time marks its passage on each aging tree,
Yet beauty thrives upon this golden stage.
A season of transition, turn the page,
From youthful blooms to mature majesty,
Aging with grace and dignity we see,
Nature’s embrace of the coming of age.
The air is crisp with whispers of the past,
A fleeting moment in a timel...
The leaves turned with the seasons
as did my heart
As soon as I would start
To explain my reasons
For my seasons
I would be torn apart
and forced to restart
My reasons for the seaons
my feelings and thoughts
my struggle so untaught
leaving me distraugt
As the leaves turned with my seasons
so did my heart
leaving me distraught
