Just two little girls Playing in the park Pushing each other In the swings Giggling in the night
Just two middle schoolers Gossiping in the park Swinging in the swings Joking about our peers Rolling our eyes
Just two teens Holding hands in the park Twirling around Kissing each other Spending the night together
Two college students Skipping around the park As you get down on a knee With a case in your hand And I say yes
Two women Getting married in the park As we say our vows Tears falling down our faces As we say “I do”
I know the sound this wave will make as it holds you to the sea I hear the cries of seals and gulls as they call you from the sea I know the boat will not ashore it will keep you on the sea I hear the masts, like clanking bells above the swirling sea I know you will now not return You’re set upon the sea.
The way you laugh makes me feel like the world has been holding you captive and you’re my only escape, The way you look at me makes my heart feel likes it’s about to burst out and run to you, your voice makes me feel like I’m floating around clouds. , If only you knew what my heart is trying to say, Like it’s lost in a forest and the only way out is screaming I LOVE YOU
In whispers of the morning breeze, I love you, With the setting sun, in the evening's hue, I'll still love you. Seasons fade, And start anew, and I still love you. Every challenge that ensues, I’ll face with you.
My love is pure, my heart is true, it beats for you. Each day, a precious gift, because of you. Beneath the moon's soft gentle glow, I love you, In laughter and tears, through and through, I'll still love you.
As darkness fades, and skies turn blue, I'll always love you, In every melody, in every tune, i think of you.
For every hope that springs anew, it’s because of you. How blessed I am, for every moment, thank God for you.
In every fleeting moment's breath, you are my love, Through years and tears, through life and death, you are my love.
The seasons turn, their colors blend, but steadfast, my love, With every shade, my heart I send, to you, my love.
From youthful springs to aged eves, unchanged, my love, In whispered winds, in rustling leaves, you’ll find my love.
Through decades' dance, in joy and strife, we've grown, my love, In every chapter of our life, remains my love.
So let the stars above us weave their light, my love, For in their glow, I do believe, in us, my love.
As they stood under the glowing evening sky She promised she’d love him all the way until they made it through
As the sharp frost left behind red cheeks and glassy eyes She promised she’d hold his hand all the way until they made it through
As the flowers in their backyard started to lose their petals She promised she’d wipe his tears all the way until they made it through
As their large crowd slowly started to thin She promised she’d be his sidekick all the way until they made it through
As time became an endless swirl, leaving her behind He held on to every promise, hoping that she had found her way through🌼
Sincerely, Caralia🫶🏼
Okay, not my best eork. This has been sitting in my drafts forever and I forgot about it, but I just rediscovered it today, so I wanted to share this with y’all. I honestly don’t really know what I’m saying here, but I’m on spring break, and it doesn’t feel like spring because it’s freezing outside, so writing this kind of gave me warmth, which is what I’m looking for :) I hope it gives you warmth too!⭐️🌤️

It’s the symphony of souls, harmonious and true, An elusive melody, only known by few.
Through life’s intricate dance, hand in hand we sway, Creating memories we’ll cherish forever along the way.
Us together, so safe , so pure, share secrets untold, In our warmth of true care, our hearts can unfold.
Even on our darkest nights, for each other, we hold light. Guiding through shadows, ensuring any hurt made right.
In our times of trouble, we stand side by side, Shouldering burdens, with unwavering stride.
Finding compassion and kindness, we heal each other’s pain, Choose understanding over ego’s, anger’s, and vain.
Once with shattered dreams and once a shattered soul, Together we mend, making brokenness whole.
In the chaos of this life, you’re my steady shore, A safe harbor, where I find peace and my love, so much more.
Through the storms of life, we weather the tide, With you, my safe place, knowing always can confide.
Through trials and triumphs, we’ve faced each day, Learning from each other, in every single way.
In the mirror of your eyes, I see my reflection, Guided by your love, I’ve found my direction.
With every challenge, weve risen above, Growing closer, learning how to truly love.
Now we look back, each silver strand in hair, We share stories of yesteryears, beyond any compare.
In the wrinkles of our skin, etched with care, Lies the map of a lifetime, these days we share.
We watched sunsets and painted skies in hues of gold, We embrace the beauty of growing old.
So let’s savor each fleeting moment, every smile, every tear, For growing old together, my love, is what we hold dear.
In the embrace of eternity, our love will transcend, As we journey to heaven, hand in hand, my friend.
So thank you so much for doing life beside me. For the life I’m so happy, so lucky to have lived you see?
Till death do us “part” I’ll love you most. And yes, then after, even when we’re ghosts.
(Told from an 80 year old woman, to her husband while holding his hand, as she’s been told she’s soon to pass away.)
I slept in today, my alarm sounded no plea I’m running quite late — and she told me she loves me
But in my hot haste, I twisted my knee I’m in agony — and she told me she loves me
Still stumbling, I realized I’d misplaced my key It’s a quarter till eight — and she told me she loves me
I’m half-asleep, hungry, have places to be But I can’t stop smiling — cause she told me she loves me
I get in the car and suddenly see…
That it’s Sunday. It’s my day off.
I drag my body back inside to the heat But I’m already warm From my crown to my feet Cause she told me she loves me.
—— A/n: Not quite a ghazal, but I’m okay with it. :)
I saw her in a brief moment riding the train, A book in her hand, what beautiful eyes.
We went to the movies, but I watched your laugh, Delicate lips, what beautiful eyes.
The long ivory dress slipped across your hips, Flowers in your hair, what beautiful eyes.
A bump on your stomach, I kissed our baby, She has your eyes, what beautiful eyes.
We walk a little slower, but I won’t leave your hand, Your eyes haven’t changed, what beautiful eyes.
Yea though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil.
The nineteenth, cold night, first quarter, solstice eve. All is calm, yet in the shadow is evil.
Pisces to virgo, we begin again. One enters the valley of death by the hands of evil.
Now fully in the valley of death, no shadow left, I fear no evil.
My death gives her life! No longer shall she fear the evil.
