People are so so comfortable
In their anonymity
There is no fear of judgement
When you hide behind a mask
A screen
You’re brave
Because you don’t have to face
The face on the other side of that screen
Anonymity gives people dumb courage
To be bold in ways
That in person would be mean
But who cares
It’s just a little insipid picture
A stranger hidden behind a profile
Not a real human being

I remember
People‘s faces
Names I‘ve heard in passing
But I wonder
In all these places
Am only I not laughing?
Nowhere I walk
This strangeness leaves
Familiarity gone from the dictionaries
Do they look away with mind
Or do they just not care?
Could it be they‘re blind
Or don‘t have time to spare?
A grain of sand
Among millions on land
Is that what I am?
A shard of glass
Lying on the grass

⚠️**TW**⚠️**Self Harm,Voices in head,Fire**
is this anonymous voice in my head
And he is never quiet he tells he what he wants
And I have to obey
Or there will be a price
A price that leads to pink scar on my wrist
one which will never fade
This voice who abuses his powers
He pulls on the strings of my mind and ruins my life
He told me not to eat
I listened
I became sicker and sicker and sicker...
Feeling, empty shelled.
My soul leaked out, unable to maintain form.
My butterflies come in the pain of a gut wrenching punch.
I can smile. I can laugh.
I’ve been stuck on the same mountain but somehow progressing.
Emotions shotguned.
Sad. Happy. Fine. Frustrated. Furious. Ashamed. Lonely…
A goal in sight.
One goal in mind.
Succeed....
Everyday life is peaceful,
Heroes appear make it better,
Many places needed a kind heart,
Anonymous people showed up,
Friendly behaving like an angel,
Spreading positive energy,
Planting a seed of love,
Without return,
Hope kindness all around the world.
Doctors help us to stay healthy,
Firefighters save us from death,
Still more anonymous efforts,
Keeping us together as a family.

Always hiding behind a mask
Hiding your identity, no longer a harrowing task
Nobody knows you truly
You can run rampant and unruly
Say anything you want
You can brag and flaunt
But is it the right thing to do?
Even if they don’t know it’s you?
Criticisms you spout
But will you begin to doubt?
What if they knew it was you?
Would the things you say still be true?...
You don’t know who I am
Even though I wish you’d see me
I want to get to know you
Learn the way you do things
I’m too afraid to speak up
So I’ll probably lose you
If only you could see the real me
Know that I’m worth the hassle
Maybe this could be His plan
For the two of us together
But we’ll never know if we don’t try
And I’m too afraid to say a word...
I hold a fickle hand
With little else but judgement to pass.
Not the kind which is dutiful
In nature, fulfilling the purpose
Of justice - no, this kind
Is much cruder, idealized
To my own whimsy,
Reacting instantaneously
But no less solid.
My trespasses need
No forgiveness;
They lack a name
To attach their sentiments.
My conscience couldn’t
bear the vitriol of the words I used.
Freedom from acc...
Knock knock,
“Who’s there?”
A list of names
Of those who care.
Your can of worms
Feel empty and dark
But people are waiting for
Your invite to your heart.
“Let us in, Let us in!”
“Not by the hair of my chinny chin chin”
So you huff and you puff
And blow the whole world out!
Anything to prove there’s
No rain in this drought.
Ears perched like a wallflower;
The world isn’t as dark as it seems.
